How much storage does the device have?

What dimensions do the videos or photos need to be?

Your videos and photos will display the best when they are edited to either 16:9 or 9:16 - this is essentially the same dimensions as an Instagram story.

Can I upload videos & photos?

Absolutely! You can do a mixture of both videos and photos for display.

 

All you need to do is plug the frame into your laptop or PC and you can delete the video that will be on it and replace it with another you love!

Does the frame have sound?

It sure does! You can use the button on the back of the frame to keep audio on or off.

Do I need to charge it?

 Yes! When the frame is fully charged it will have a battery life of 2-3 hours. However, you can simply plug in the provided USB-C cable to your laptop or power adapter and this will allow your frame to stay on 24/7.
