• If your item is lost, we'll promptly initiate an investigation with Australia Post to confirm the loss.
• Upon confirmation, we'll replace your item with the same product and ship it using the same shipping method used as the initial order.
• In case of damage, we'll replace the item with a new one and provide a return label for the damaged unit.
• This fee only applies to damage to the product during transit, which is in excess of standard deliveries via Australia Post. 

Terms and Conditions Overview:

• Coverage starts from shipment until successful delivery.
• Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery, supported by required documentation.
