Will this work with my devices?
Please refer to our full compatibility list above.

Will it charge with my phone case on?
Yes, it is compatible with almost all cases. The minimum charging distance is 5mm, so make sure your chase is not extremely thick or have anything that can block the connection such as a metal plate or credit cards. If you are not sure please check the specifications of your case or contact us.

Can I charge my Samsung phone, watch or Galaxy Buds?
Yes, the PowerBase is compatible with any Qi-enabled device, please check to make sure your device is compatible. This includes the S9,10,20,21,22,23 (all) and Note variants. It can also charge the Qi-enabled Samsung Galaxy Buds. Please make note of the type of PowerBase you require when you make your purchase.

Does this come with the quick charge adapter and USB cable?
The PowerBase comes with a USB Type C cable which is compatible with any USB wall adapter. The Quick Charge 3.0 adapter is sold separately and can be purchased from our store.

Will this work with my Fitbit?
Our PowerBase will successfully charge wireless enabled devices. The Fitbit has a specific charging base which is not compatible with our PowerBase. We are currently working on a wireless charger that will wirelessly charge your smartphone & Fitbit - Stay Tuned!

How do I know if it's charging?
The PowerBase has 3 LED indicators that turn on when your devices are detected and charging, so you don't have to worry about leaving it overnight to charge.
